I have so many wonderful things to say about Stroller Strides that I don't know where to start!

I have always loved working out. I have been a gym/weight lifting junkie, a 1/2 marathon runner, a soccer player, a home workout enthusiast, and just about everything in between. Finding time to workout with 2 kiddos was becoming increasingly difficult and I was seriously missing my workout time! When I heard SS had come to Yuma I was skeptical that it would be a good workout with any hint of difficulty. But since my workout options were few, I decided to give it a try. I was SO WRONG. It is an awesome workout. I have committed to the workouts for the past year and have lost all of my baby weight and then some (22lbs!). I now fit into clothes I haven't worn since High School. AND I feel great.

Another reason I love SS is for the wonderful group of women I get to see every day. I have lived in Yuma for 6+ years and have never found a group of ladies that i "clicked" with or really felt comfortable with. I am a fairly shy person, but Kristina made me feel like I'd known her forever from day 1. And everyone else is so friendly! I have finally found a group of friends who make both fitness and their kids a priority, and who I genuinely look forward to seeing every day

So for anyone who is shy, or out of shape, or an athlete who is skeptical that SS will be hard enough - I encourage you to try it. It really is a game changer!
